Fees for international students
The course fee per year is calculated on the basis of one full-time year of study (1 EFTSL). If a course duration is less than one year, you will pay the indicative total course fee. Actual fees vary depending on the subjects you are taking. The University reviews fees annually. The indicative total course fee is based on typical subject enrolments, and includes an indexation of 5% per annum. More information about tuition fees.
The Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning recognises the costs to live and study at Melbourne can be a challenge. To assist talented international students, scholarships are available.
For further information, please refer to the University's Scholarships for International Students page which has information about Academic Merit Scholarships, Travelling Scholarships and other funding opportunities.
International Postgraduate Coursework Awards (IPCA)
IPCA scholarships are available each year to international applicants who have received an unconditional offer of a place in an MSD Masters program. The IPCA covers 25% or 50% fee remission for the duration of the program. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and a separate application is not necessary. You will be assessed for an IPCA as part of the standard application process.
